not nice and stated to the bendigo station/depo address does not exist whilst previous mail was picked up from the post office. service is poor and the people DO NOT CARE about helping another local out in hard times. they make life harder when u dont have ur car rego and insurance delivered. instead i get a call telling me my mail was sent back as address dosent exist from insurance company service so it is poor treatment and the people running the LPO in Heathcote are not nice at all talking back and just unkind
